Erlia graduated from University of Indonesia in 2003 with double major (Economics and Actuarial Science). She started her career as Actuarial consultant at Padma Radya Aktuaria (previously Actuarial Division of Deloitte-Touche Tohmatsu) before relocating to Singapore.

Erlia has experience of 13 years in the Flavors & Fragrances industry. She managed all operational aspects, including daily activities, customer relations, procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination. She worked closely with both multinational and local clients to ensure a seamless supply chain, conducts cost analysis to improve efficiency, and handles demand forecasting. Additionally, Erlia is responsible for sales contract management, generating key business reports such as sales and GST reports, and ensuring the timely execution of contracts and shipments to maintain smooth operations across the division.

Erlia’s extensive experience in the Flavors & Fragrances industry includes transforming the company’s operations from manual processes to a fully computerised system. This transformation enhanced efficiency and streamlined operations across various functions.
